The layout is very spacious, with space for a large dining table in the center of the home and an open kitchen at the rear, complete with an island and French doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and a microwave/oven combination. The bedroom is situated next to the kitchen, with access to the balcony from both the kitchen and the bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate space that can ideally be used as a dressing room. AREA
The apartment is located opposite Westerpark, with many restaurants and, of course, the park itself. The Haarlemmerdijk, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés, is just a short distance away. The Jordaan is also reachable within a few minutes. Public transport is excellent, with a bus and tram stop within walking distance, as well as Sloterdijk Station and Central Station. The ring road is quickly accessible via the Haarlemmerweg.
STREET NAME
Along the Haarlemmertrekvaart canal, which opened in 1632 between Amsterdam and Haarlem, a towpath was built on the south side for towboats. This path was paved in 1762, turning it into the Haarlemmerweg.
