LAYOUT
The private entrance to the apartment is located on the first floor. Upon entering there is a hall which provides access to the apartment. At the front of the apartment is the living room which has a bay window overlooking the street. Next to the living room is the open kitchen located with modern kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Adjacent is the dining area. Also at the front of the apartment is the first bedroom located which gives access to the first balcony. At the rear of the apartment is the larger bedroom with access to the second balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink and from the bathroom you can reach the third balcony. There is also a separate toilet in the hall.
AREA
The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of greenery and is a short distance from the Amsterdamse Bos, the Vondelpark and Beatrixpark. The house is quietly located while all conveniences within the city are easily accessible. Within walking distance are several shops and popular restaurants such as Mr Sam and BAUT as well as the Albert Heijn and the popular French bakery Le Fournil. The lively Amstelveenseweg and Olympiaplein are just around the corner. Public transport is excellent. The Zuidas, Schiphol Airport and the center of Amsterdam can be reached within a short time.
STREET NAME
Stadionkade is named after the Olympic Stadium, which was built in 1928 for the Summer Olympics. The street runs alongside the stadium and holds historical significance due to its role in the city’s sports history.
