Fully furnished, 2 double bedroom apartment (approx. 100sqm) will be available for rent per the beginning of May for a maximum rental period of 1-2 years, definite term (model C). The apartment will be rented in a fully furnished condition.

There is a bright, open plan living area (on the corner) which faces South West. There is a lot of natural daylight coming into the living area. The owner has created two cozy seating areas in the bay windows.
The half open kitchen is equipped with a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator / freezer.
The two large bedrooms are situated on either side of the apartment. Both bedrooms are equipped with two double beds and one of them has a large, built-in wardrobe.
The recently upgraded bathroom is provided with a walk-in shower, washbasin and towel radiator.
Furthermore, you have a separate toilet and laundry cabinet with the washing machine.
Parking:
A parking place in the garage underneath the building is for rent optionally for around € 150,- per month on top of the rental price.

The apartment is located in a popular, quiet and safe neighborhood next to the water and close to the city center of Amsterdam.
There are multiple public transport connections into the city center (tramline 7 = 8 minutes) and Central Station (tramline 26 = 5 minutes). The city center of Amsterdam can be reached within a 10-minute bike ride.
Furthermore, there is a great shopping center (Brazilie) that’s located within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The shopping center includes two large supermarkets, a fish store, a butcher, a flower shop, a hairdresser, a dry cleaner, two wine stores and multiple convenient stores.
